Sales Associate:  This position is full time & open immediately.

As a Sales Associate at J.Malnick, you will be the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have a rewarding experience that will keep them coming back time after time.  J.Malnick prides ourselves on our customer relations and have a strong following among our customers that stretches over decades.  Your duties will include demonstrating excellent customer service skills, providing product knowledge to our customers and working as a part of a team to meet individual and store objectives.  J.Malnick is looking for an experienced Sales Associate who can relate to our customers' needs as well as our company's.  We are interested in someone with high energy with a key understanding of sales.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Service on the sales floor as well as over the phone
• Understanding of floor layout and product availability
• Meeting sales goals
• Ability to work well with others
• Relay important information in a timely manner
• Take pride and responsibility for the maintenance of the sales floor
• Understanding of online e-commerce site

Skills:

• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Ability to be proactive on the sales floor
• Basic computer skills:  how to navigate through an e-commerce site & basic email applications
• Previous experience as a Sales Associate or within the fashion industry
