Return Policy

JMalnick.com will accept returns purchased from the website as long as the purchased item(s) are sent within 10 days of receipt.  All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received in.  We do not accept any item that has been worn or damaged in any way. Nor will JMalnick.com accept a return on any item with tags removed, or is returned past our 10 day policy.

JMalnick.com will not take any returns on "For Sale" items, marked down items, or special priced items.  Feel free to contact us if you are unsure of the status of the item you wish to return.

Please contact J.Malnick at 510-808-0308 for a return confirmation number.  Or email us at Info@JMalnick.com with the subject line “Return Confirmation”.  Once your confirmation number has been given, please fill out the appropriate paperwork for your return.  Upon receiving your order, you will also have received paperwork itemizing your order as well as a return order form.  Make sure you enter your Return Confirmation number on this form and include it in the package you return.

JMalnick.com does not pay for the price of shipping on returned items.  A full refund of the price of your item will be credited to you once we have received it.  A confirmation receipt will be emailed to you regarding your return.  Please allow 7 business days to see the credit to your account.

JMalnick.com will take responsibility for the cost of returning an item only under certain specifications:

If an Item has been Incorrectly Shipped

If the order on your paperwork does not match what has been sent to you, JMalnick.com will pay for the cost of shipping to return your item.  Please call for your Return Confirmation number at 510-808-0308 or email us at info@JMalnick.com with the subject line, “Return Confirmation”.  Do not ship your item without contacting us for your Return Confirmation number.  JMalnick.com is not responsible for any cost of shipping if an item has been returned without contacting JMalnick.com for the Return Confirmation number.

Once the returned item has been received by JMalnick.com, please allow 5-10 business days (depending on how you selected to ship your item) for the correct order to be received.  If the correct item ordered is out of stock a full refund will be given.

If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us by email at info@JMalnick.com with the subject line, “Shipping Damage”.  Upon receipt of your email we will send instructions on how to proceed.
