In stock merchandise will be shipped out to you within three business days. Once an order has been received either online through jmalnick.com or over the phone, the following process will start:
- Order Received
- Confirmation email is sent to the customer confirming the order
- In stock merchandise will be shipped within three (3) business days
- Confirmation email will be sent to the customer confirming the shipment complete with a link to a tracking code
If there is a problem with your order in any way, jmalnick.com will notify you immediately through phone and email. Please make sure your contact information is entered correctly. Final receipt of your order will differ depending on the method of shipment chosen.
Business days refer to Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays.
Price of shipping is not included in the price of your item ordered. Once your order is completed online or over the phone and type of shipping has been selected, the price of the shipping will be added to your final price.
Shipping surcharges:
Based on size and/or weight, certain items may bare a shipping surcharge. These surcharges are shown on the Shopping Cart page once you finalize your order.
Jmalnick.com is not responsible for the price of shipping on any item purchased online of over the phone unless guaranteed in select promotional sales.
Jmalnick.com only offers UPS Ground shipping or In Store Pick-up.
